  1. Program Overview:
    We may send you promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages will advertise our products and services and may include promotions, appointment scheduling, and reminders. Transactional messages will relate to an ongoing transaction and may include notifications, updates, appointment reminders, and other relevant information. Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including auto-dialers or automated systems. The frequency of messages may vary but will not exceed 9 messages per 30 days. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages on these topics or others, using different phone numbers or short codes, but not for marketing purposes. We do not charge for messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates that your mobile provider may apply, as standard rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.

  2. User Opt-In:
    By providing your mobile phone number, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at that number, even if it is on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. You confirm that the mobile number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your number or are no longer the owner or authorized user, you agree to promptly notify us at support@jhwinsptnrs.com. Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not require any purchase.

  3. User Opt-Out and Support:
    You can opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to stop receiving messages or no longer agree to these Terms, reply with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which the message was sent. You may continue receiving messages for a short time while we process your request, and you may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. This is the only method for opting out. If you want to rejoin the Program, simply sign up again, and we will resume sending messages. For support, reply with HELP to any message from us.

  4. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that deviate from these commands, and we and our service providers are not liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with these Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code used for the Program and will notify you of any changes. You acknowledge that requests sent to a changed number may not be received, and we are not responsible for failing to honor such requests.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:
    The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages or information sent through the Program.

  6. Modifications:
    We may modify or cancel the Program or its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also change these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect when posted on our website. You agree to periodically review these Terms to stay informed about any changes. Your continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of modifications.
